Programme Aim
This training programme was designed to help participants gain the
understanding and skills necessary to successfully achieve
the ETP standard in their organisation together with the
knowledge and spirit to continuously build on and improve
the standard each year thereafter.
Programme Overview
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all sections
of the ETP standard
- Understand the assessment and accreditation process
- Devise and implement an action plan that will ensure
the organisation is at assessment level within a
specified timescale
- Guide & facilitate the organisation through the
implementation phase
- Complete a trial assessment at the end of the
programme
- Achieve the Excellence Through People standard
- Successfully maintain and improve the standard on an
ongoing basis

The organisation plans the development of its people in
support of the achievement of its business objectives

The organisation maintains and continuously improves a

The
organisation reviews the impact that peoples learning
and development has had on performance and identifies
improvements as a result
