Going for Growth
This 7-month programme has been specifically designed to meet
the learning and development needs of time-pressured SME owners
and/or managers, and equips them with the skills, knowledge and
experience they need to grow their businesses.
The 7 classroom training modules will be delivered in 6
locations nationwide on different dates. You will have access to
the Going for Growth website, which includes all training
material, as well as webcam access to a panel of experts.
In conjunction with Dublin City University and bookbuzz
executive learning, you will also attend monthly Master Classes
with guest speakers and panellists. Mentors will make four
on-site visits to your company, offering expert analysis and
advice. The final outcome is a 2-year strategic development plan
for your business.
Going for Growth covers strategy development, financial
planning, sourcing funding, creativity and innovation,
marketing, future planning and succession planning. Upon
successful completion of the programme, you will receive an
Advanced Certificate in Management (Level 6) from FETAC, and
will be able to transfer to other FETAC certificates at this
level.
