International
Our international work is largely focused on two areas
1. Consultancy work with business development agencies to develop ‘Internal Best Practice’ SME programme’s and the training of their relevant officers.
2. Delivery of a wide range of services for private sector companies.
We also provide clients access to our international network, assist in outsourcing production and finding new and exciting source materials and import products. We are founding members of the Baltic Consultants Consortium and have been involved in several EU projects, including assignments in Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Jordan, Austria, Malta, Northern Ireland and Romania.
Our Irish SME Development Agency and EU funding experience enables us to deliver high quality knowledge transfer and expertise to European colleagues in export markets.
Current and recent projects include:
European Social Fund Tourism and Support Services Training Programme – provides a holistic approach to training and human resource development for tourism in Malta. The Management Skills Development Programme – training 60 SME’s in various aspects of Malta’s tourism, hospitality and catering. This programme has been nominated as for best practice by the European Commission.
